Please read this license carefully before using the Wisepill product. Rights to the Wisepill product are offered only on condition that you agree to the terms and conditions of the license agreement. Use of the Wisepill product is an indication of your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this license. 
 

The Wisepill software solution is not intended to take the place of normal medical care or supervision and is provided only as a complimentary and supplementary reminder system. Wisepill can therefore not accept responsibility for any failures whatsoever in the software or network which may cause a reminder to either not be delivered or to be delivered incorrectly. (See Limitation of Liability and General Indemnity sections below)
 
 
 

LICENSE.

Under this license you may: 

• Use the enclosed Wisepill Technologies software on a single computer at any one time;
• Copy the Software for archival purposes, or copy the Software to a single hard disk, provided you retain the original for archival purposes; and
• Transfer the entire Software and any written materials accompanying the Software on a permanent basis to another party, provided you retain no copies of the Software or any of the written materials accompanying the Software, and the transferee agrees to the terms of this agreement. Your license is then terminated. 

• Copy the written materials accompanying the Software (if any);
• Use, copy, modify, translate, or merge the Software except as provided in this agreement;
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or de-compile the Software; or
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or assign any portion of the Software.

We will not  share any customer's personal information unless customers specifically  opt to share such information. If you have opted to share your information, we commit to only sharing information with Wisepill business partners who also respect privacy concerns.

Wisepill  protects your information by using industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data. When you place an order, the information you submit is encrypted to protect you from unauthorized access to the information. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your information and computer. 

Wisepill Technologies may update or modify their privacy policy from time to time. Any such updates shall be effective immediately upon posting on our sites. Please refer back to this page often for the latest information. 
 

COPYRIGHT

The Software is owned by Wisepill Technologies or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. 
 

TERMINATION

Wisepill Technologies  may terminate this license for failure to comply with any of these terms provided (if  Wisepill Technologies has requested the end user to rectify the failure and the user has failed to do so within thirty (30) days of such notice).
 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided as-is without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wisepill Technologies and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties (or conditions)  either expressed or implied including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and title with respect to the software and written materials accompanying the software.
 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Wisepill technologies or it's suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss , consequential loss and/or
damage) arising out of the use or inability to use this product, even if Wisepill technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

GENERAL INDEMNITY

The Parties hereby agree that the User indemnifies and holds Wisepill  harmless from any loss, expense, damage, costs or liability of whatever nature and from whatever cause which is a result of

• a network, hardware or software failure a resulting in thesuspension and/or de-activation of the Software;
• injuries, suffered by any person or damages incurred to any property, arising from the use of the software and which arose as a consequence of the User's negligence
• any error made by any pharmacy/ pharmacist related to any prescription given by such pharmacy/ pharmacist to the User.

If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Wisepill products only with the supervision  of a parent or guardian.
